Blaze Takes Beller Commercial To The Reiv Podium
Blaze Advertising has whisked their property client Beller Commercial all the way to the award podium, with Beller Commercial’s Sam Fogarty taking out the award for ‘Retail Site – Best Leasing Campaign – Budget under $10,000’ at the REIV Awards for Excellence.
The award winning entry marketed 84 Ormond Rd, Elwood as the bayside suburb’s Best Retail site at the time of its leasing campaign. Marketing comprised of web-listings, brochures, signage, local area marketing and client property referrals. The material’s look utilised polished photography merged with a stylish bayside typographical logo that reinforced the café culture of the area and the commercial hospitality possibilities for the site.
Blaze CEO Leanne Krstevski said: “When any success comes together, it’s a great feeling. When it’s been put in place for a valued client, and is the result of a partnership built on hard work and an excellent working relationship, it’s even better.
“At Blaze we’ve worked closely with Beller on sales and leasing campaigns comprising of all manner of budgets, but for them to achieve this award in the under $10,000 category strongly reflects that regardless of the money involved, Blaze work tirelessly and resourcefully to market each and every property for our clients.”
Beller Commercial Principal Fred Nucara said that the campaign demonstrated what could be achieved on a sub $10,000 marketing budget.
“We subscribe to the view that in property marketing it’s just as important to know your market and the potential of your building as it is everything else. For this campaign, in association with Sarah Grant, we created a signage and digital look that had a stylish feel. That visual style appealed directly to our market. By using the right imagery, we created a campaign they could relate to.
“The end result was very satisfying with Senior Leasing Executive Sam Fogarty successfully negotiating a long lease to a national tenant who has 20 stores across Australia and have become a valued lessee.”
